The short version: we collect what you type into our contact and free audit forms, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it or share it for marketing.

WHO WE ARE

This website is run by PocketBox Design LLC (“pocketBox”, “we”, “us”), a Texas business based in Whitewright, serving DFW and Texoma.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form or the free audit form:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your website address, if you give one
• The service you’re asking about
• Whatever you write in the message boxes

Please don’t put passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive details in either form.

HOW WE USE IT

To reply to you, to do your free audit, to set up a call, and, if you hire us, to do the work. For an audit we also look at public information about your business, such as your website and Google listing. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.

WHO ELSE HANDLES IT

• Netlify hosts this website and processes both forms. Like any web host, it records technical details such as IP addresses.
• Our email provider delivers your message to our inbox.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of our work with you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we’re legally required to keep it.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form or call (903) 821-5892, and we’ll respond within a few business days.

CHILDREN

This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

CHANGES

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
