A business owner managing jobs and invoices

FIG. 01 — Jobs, invoices, and follow-ups in one place.

Invoices, scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders that run on their own — automation and AI connected to the tools you already use, like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and your calendar.

01SOUND FAMILIAR?

If any of these are true, we should talk.

02WHAT’S INCLUDED

I automate the boring parts.

Every project is quoted up front, in writing, before any work begins.

03HOW A PROJECT RUNS

From messy to managed in three to six weeks.

  1. PHASE 1

    AUDIT

I shadow your team and map every step from inquiry to paid invoice.

  2. PHASE 2

    PLAN

You get a plain-English plan: what I’ll automate, what it costs, what it saves.

  3. PHASE 3

    BUILD

I set it up alongside your current process, so nothing breaks mid-week.

  4. PHASE 4

    SECURE & TEST

I lock down access and test every workflow end to end, then fix what I find before your team relies on it.

  5. PHASE 5

    HAND OFF

I train your team, switch over, and check in weekly for the first month.

04QUESTIONS

Questions I hear a lot.

Do I have to switch software?

Usually not. I start with the tools you already pay for and connect them. I only recommend something new when it clearly saves time or money.

Is my customer data safe?

Your records stay in accounts you own, and I only connect what the job needs. I never sell or share your data.

What if something breaks?

You call a person who already knows your setup. I fix it, tell you what happened, and make sure it doesn’t happen the same way twice.

How much time will this actually save?

It depends on how much you do by hand today. On the first call I look at where your hours go, so you’ll know what’s worth automating before you pay for anything.

Ready to get your evenings back?

A free, no-pressure call. I’ll tell you honestly what’s worth fixing first.
